How does the done-for-you build work?

Reach out and we schedule a free consultation to understand your goals and scope. We quote the build once requirements are clear, and builds start at $1,000. Throughout the project, you get weekly check-ins and responsive support so the app evolves exactly how you want. When it's ready, you pick a monthly plan to keep it running.

What do I get either way?

A fully working app tailored to your workflow, with databases, dashboards, pages, automations, roles, and an AI operator that knows your business. It's not a template. It's custom software built specifically for how you work.

What's the monthly plan for?

Once your app exists, you subscribe to a monthly plan to keep it running. This covers hosting, AI conversations, automations, background jobs, support, and ongoing access for your team. Think of the build as the starting point; the monthly plan keeps the lights on and the AI thinking.

What if I build something wrong or break it?

That's expected, and it's safe. Every change is versioned, so you can experiment on a draft and roll back any change in one click. Your live app only updates when you choose to publish. Breaking things is part of how you and the software learn what you actually need.

Can I get help if I get stuck building it myself?

Yes. You can build as far as you want on your own and bring in our team whenever you want a hand, whether that's a larger feature, a tricky integration, or getting unstuck. The done-for-you option is always there as a fallback, not a requirement.

Is there a free trial?

You can sign up and start building yourself right away. If you'd rather we build it, your first consultation to assess requirements is free, with no commitment, and nothing is invoiced until you agree to move forward.

What counts as an 'app'?

An app is a self-contained system with its own database, AI assistant, tools, pages, automations, and permissions. Think of it as your own custom software product, with a brain built in.

What are credits?

Credits measure AI usage. Every time the AI thinks, writes, or runs a tool, it uses credits. Browsing pages and dashboards costs nothing. Only AI conversations use them. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can buy more if you need them.

How fast can you build my app?

Turnaround depends on scope. Some builds land in as little as 3–5 business days when things are straightforward; larger integrations take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline after the requirements consultation.

How does billing work?

The custom build is a one-time payment (or milestone-based for larger projects). Once delivered, your monthly plan starts. You can change plans anytime. Overages beyond your credits are billed per the rates listed on each plan.
